Dr Saju Skaria
Founder and CEO
Dr. Saju Skaria is a visionary leader, business executive, mentor, speaker, and author renowned for his expertise in international business, information technology, outsourcing, and cultural diversity. His leadership philosophy is grounded in Servant Leadership and the belief that exceeding stakeholder expectations through clarity of purpose is essential for business success.
Dr. Skaria's extensive experience in global business and IT outsourcing equips him to guide clients in transforming their businesses into modern digital enterprises. His global perspective, practical skills, and leadership have enabled him to create a unique ecosystem of customers, partners, and service professionals. This ecosystem delivers value-based IT solutions to Fortune and Global 1000 corporations, making Dr. Skaria a leader in strategic large deals, business and technology consulting, large account management, strategy development, market analysis, global delivery, P&L management, innovation, and sales & operations.
Dr. Skaria is the Chairman and CEO of The Skaria Foundation, a US 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. He also serves on the Board of Hope Foundation, which supports girls aged 6-21 from underserved communities in India by promoting emotional strength, education, employment, and entrepreneurship. Additionally, he is an Executive Advisor to the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
As an accomplished author and engaging public speaker, Dr. Skaria shares his insights on industry dynamics, the future workforce, IT innovations, and leadership during change and growth. His passion for workplace inclusion and his efforts to bridge the gap between the professional world and academic institutions are evident in his work. A US citizen with an international and bi-cultural background, Dr. Skaria is well-suited for global settings.
Dr. Mohan Ananda
Executive Advisor
Dr. Mohan Ananda is the CEO of Ananda Enterprises, Inc., a California corporation providing consulting services in technology, management, intellectual property rights, international marketing, and capital raising. He is the Chairman of Zoomcar Holdings, Inc. and was previously the Chairman and CEO of Innovative International Acquisition Corp.
Dr. Ananda notably served as Chairman and CEO of Stamps.com, guiding the company through its IPO and eventual sale to Thoma Bravo for $6.6 billion. He is the founding Chairman and now Executive Chairman of SecondOpinionExpert, Inc., which offers healthcare services and telemedicine technology globally.
Additionally, Dr. Ananda serves as Executive Chairman of Innovation Endeavors Pvt. Ltd., focusing on technology and business solutions, and IGDS Technologies Pvt. Ltd., specializing in product engineering, business consulting, mobile technology solutions, and business process automation.
Dr. Ananda led two other companies to IPOs: Envestnet on the NYSE and JAB Ventures on the London Stock Exchange. He holds an engineering degree, an MS in Aeronautics from Caltech, a PhD in AstroDynamics from UCLA, and a JD degree. He is a member of the California Bar. Dr. Ananda has published his memoir, "Autobiography of an Immigrant," and "Start Small, Dream Big," both available on Amazon.
Bharat Amin, NACD.DC
Executive Advisor
In March 2023, Bharat was elected to the Board of Trustees of The Aerospace Corporation. He also serves on two non-profit boards, focusing on technology standards and governance. Since July 2021, he has been a member of the AHA’s National Corporate Operations Coordinating Committee.
Bharat retired as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) in March 2023, a role he held since January 2020. As company liaison to HII’s Cybersecurity Committee, he developed its charter and direction. He managed a multimillion-dollar technology budget and led a large team providing cybersecurity and IT services across multiple divisions.
A Distinguished Fellow at Avasant and Executive Advisor to Digitech Services, Bharat co-chairs Avasant’s Distinguished Fellow Program. He is NACD Directorship Certified® and involved with the AsianUpward Advisory Board and SASE Executive Leadership Group. He has chaired the Global SAP Aerospace & Defense Industry Advisory Council and served on the Verizon Innovation Council.
Bharat’s expertise spans business transformation, digital strategy, technology governance, cybersecurity risk management, and strategic planning in defense and consumer goods industries. He led key initiatives at Newport News Shipbuilding and held leadership roles at BAE Systems Inc. and Electrolux Group North America. Bharat holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, a master’s in industrial engineering, and an Executive MBA from Rutgers University.
Dr. Raghu Santanam
Executive Advisor
Dr. Raghu Santanam serves as the Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education, Corporate Partnerships, and Lifelong Learning at the W. P. Carey School of Business, where he holds the McCord Endowed Chair of Business and is a Professor in the Department of Information Systems. He leads AZNext, ASU’s workforce accelerator program funded by the Department of Labor. His research focuses on analytics, augmented intelligence, and mobile platforms. Dr. Santanam recently guest-edited a special issue of Information Systems Research titled “Humans, Algorithms, and Augmented Intelligence: The Future of Work, Organizations, and Society.”
Dr. Santanam is deeply committed to community engagement, serving on the Governing Body of the Evanta CISO/CIO Executive Summit, the Phoenix Workforce and Business Development Board, and the AZ Tech Council’s public policy committee. He is also part of the leadership team for the Southwest Sustainability Innovation Engine (SWSIE), an NSF-funded Regional Innovation Engine led by Arizona State University.
